Ghee

Ghee (Sanskrit: घृत), is a class of clarified butter that originated in ancient India. Ghee is prepared by melting and simmering unsalted butter until all the water settles at the bottom. Ghee is healthy and used in many traditional Indian dishes, as an ideal for frying. Shree Saras Agmark Ghee is available in two different variants: cow Ghee and Buffalo Ghee and in different sizes.
